For safety reasons, the Ohio Building Code requires annual inspections (and a written record of them) for many doors¹. Building owners are responsible for the maintenance and care of fire-rated door assemblies. That’s why building owners and managers need in their possession a signed Door Inspection Report completed by a licensed inspector.
Don’t risk the safety of your building occupants and visitors, or being cited for violations. We’re licensed and certified to assist your company in achieving compliance.
